Fall Salt Workshops – Salt is a major contaminant for our water ways and we can do a lot to reduce salt use while keeping our roads, parking lots and sidewalks safe. Free training and certification classes are being sponsored by the MPCA and metro watershed classes this fall. Please invite city staff, private snow removal contractors and custodians to sign up to participate in a class in September or October. Here is the calendar of metro area trainings.
