The iconic Grand Staircase-Escalante and Bears Ears National Monuments need our help!
The Trump administration is attacking the protected acres of these crucial national monuments in order to create more space for drilling and other environmentally harmful activities.
At the behest of industries such as coal and hardrock mining and politicians like Senator Mike Lee of Utah, President Trump signed proclamations to slash the Grand Staircase-Escalante and Bears Ears monuments acreage about one million acres each, splitting those two monuments up into five smaller ones.
