Please join us for our free Lunch & Learn Forum on Thursday, to explore the topic of microplastics contaminating our drinking water sources.
Microplastics are found around in drinking water sources around the world, including right here in Minnesota drinking water, fish and even beer. Learn about the growing body of research in this area from University of Minnesota researcher Mary Kosuth and the policy implication from State Senator John Marty. We will also have a brief D’var Torah from Rabbi Sim Glaser.
