S.H.E. Kindness Business Program


We’re helping businesses save money, innovate, increase productivity, build aligned teams, gain positive PR and become sustainability leaders. We have a successful track record of supporting businesses of all sizes and types in achieving these and their other goals.

We’d like to share our impactful presentation, training and consulting, while working with you to develop and implement a transformative sustainability vision, assessment and action plan. We hope you’ll become a Sustainability Partner that we can widely promote and support in becoming a successful sustainability leader.

We can also work with you to engage your employees in taking action at work, home and within their community, as well as encouraging their participation in volunteer programs, mentorships and service learning. Both their job satisfaction and loyalty will grow, along with their well-being.

We launched the Business Program with a 2021 Earth Month presentation for several hundred Target employees nationwide. We’d love to share our 50-minute introductory presentation to inform and inspire your team for an Earth Month lunch or any other team gathering.

The S.H.E. Kindness Business Program works with a wide range of businesses to:

  • Offer training and consulting services, including on the powerful Natural Step

Offerings

Our S.H.E. Kindness Business Program collaborates with businesses, nonprofits, community groups, congregations and other groups with four exciting opportunities embedded in our Campaign for Sustainability, Health, Equity and Kindness (S.H.E. Kindness):

  1. S.H.E. Kindness Business Presentation – We’d like to share our informative, inspiring and engaging presentation in-person or virtually with the business case for sustainability and innovative examples and practical steps that can be taken to integrate sustainability, health, equity and kindness into your business. The presentation can also incorporate simple actions that your employees can take at work, home and in their community. We feel this will ignite innovation and creativity while helping to transform your business and the world.
  2. 1% for the Planet – If you contribute to 1% for the Planet, please consider including the Alliance for Sustainability as one of your recipients.
  3. Become a Sustainability Partner – We’d like to help promote your efforts and explore the possibility of a win-win-win partnership with the Alliance. We offer a host of fantastic Partner benefits, including: highlighting your business with our members and social media followers, networking with other sustainable businesses and professionals, and providing resources to increase your sustainability efforts. We’re also open to tailoring a specific package with you, including in-kind promotion.
