Amy has been a university librarian, website architect and front-end designer, website coordinator, social media coordinator, and communications coordinator. She has worked with elementary, high school, and college students as well as adults as a trainer, especially with database searching and internet skills.

She graduated from Mt. Holyoke College with a dual BA in Chemistry and English, and completed a M.S. in Library and Information Science at Drexel.
