Don't Miss this Unforgettable Evening

We have an exciting new $25 offer for you and others to attend our Fabulous Fortieth Anniversary Celebration May 18 at French Meadow Bakery and Cafe in Minneapolis. We are now able to offer $25 Celebration Program tickets for the Program, Music, Dessert Social and Book Signing (no Reception or Buffet Dinner). This is thanks to popular demand, adequate dinner sales and several generous donations, including from the Adelmann Fund for Social Justice of The Minneapolis Foundation.

There are less than 20 tickets left for the Reception and/or the Dinner and tickets sales for those close before midnight May 17, so please get your tickets as soon as possible.

Ticket prices for the Dinner, Program and Dessert Social are set as low as possible to make it affordable ($60). The Full Celebration (including the Reception) is $120 and includes a drink ticket. Free parking is available at Aldi’s across street. Dress is business casual, and there will be a No Host Cash Bar.

You can make a difference providing needed support by being a Host ($150 and receive a gift bag) or a Supporter at a higher level (even if you cannot attend), which has excellent benefits. You’ll be listed in the promotional materials, Program Book, website and social media, with the ability to share a personal message in the Program Book and website if received by May 12.  You can also make a gift to allow one of our students to attend. And we’d deeply appreciate Sponsorships that come with even more outstanding benefits (copy due by May 12).

Signed copies of Diet for a Small Planet available

If you can’t join us, you can have Frances Moore Lappé personally inscribe a copy of her million-selling Diet for a Small Planet for yourself or someone for $25. Just go to our donation page and you’ll be able to add a note through PayPal with the inscription. You can also make a contribution in honor of a special person or as a birthday or special event for someone. Even if you can’t join us in person, your energy will be present through your generous support. Plus, you’ll make a difference and receive a recording of the event and a special gift.

Your support is a vote for the world we want to create and is an incredible opportunity to savor good food, great company, and learn from and connect with sustainability icons. Celebrate 40 years of making a difference and be part of the joyous, hopeful and positive movement creating a future of sustainability, health, equity and kindness.
